About us

For four generations, the Malkin family has maintained its reputation for honesty, discipline, innovation, and success.

Malkin Properties represents our family and investor partners as owners, operators, acquirers, financiers, developers, builders, and fiduciaries for investment partners and financial institutions.

Through cycles and amidst competition, from Joseph Wien's first investments in second mortgages in the early 1900's and his son Lawrence A. Wien's creation of the concept of real estate syndication in 1934, family members and real estate professionals have earned a position of leadership in real estate. We have consistently created and capitalized on investment opportunities for co-investors and ourselves.
