Prizes for Brokers and Contributions to United Way

Show, Lease & Win^®. It is an exciting program to reward brokers for actively visiting one of the trophy Malkin properties with their clients.

During this annual six-month campaign, from April through September, brokers are automatically entered in a monthly raffle each time they bring prospective tenants to a showing at any one of our suburban office buildings. The more showings, the greater the chance to win exciting prizes such as a Flip Ultra HD Camcorder.

Each year, at the end of the six-month campaign, Malkin Properties donates more than $5,000 to the United Way chapters of Westchester County, Western Connecticut and Norwalk in the names of the brokerage firms with the most signed leases in our Westchester and Fairfield County properties.

And of course, Malkin Properties will pay 100% commissions on lease signing!
